Installera och konfigurera kind som lokal Kubernetes-miljö för att testa manifest-ändringar innan push.

Acceptance criteria:

  • kind create cluster fungerar lokalt
  • kubectl apply -f kubernetes/apps/<app>/ kan köras mot local kind-kluster
